Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Art Sorter software provided by OriLabs Studio (legal name 오리랩스 / orilabs, Republic of Korea). By installing or using Art Sorter you agree to them.
2. License
When you buy a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Art Sorter on one computer at a time, for personal or commercial work. To move to a new computer, simply activate the key there; the previous computer is deactivated automatically at its next license check. Updates we release are included with your license unless we clearly announce otherwise for a future major version.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, share or publish license keys, remove license checks, or redistribute the software or its bundled models except as allowed by their own licenses.
4. Your content
Art Sorter processes files on your computer; we do not see or store your files. You are responsible for the content you organize and for having the right to use it. Features that move or delete files act on your instruction — keep backups of important files.
5. Third-party components
Art Sorter includes open-source software and machine-learning models under their own licenses, listed in the app.
6. Purchases and refunds
Orders are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record, whose checkout terms also apply. Refunds follow our refund policy.
7. No warranty
Art Sorter is provided "as is". Automatic grouping and ordering may not always be correct, and we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Art Sorter is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Your license ends if you materially breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country. Contact: contact@orilabs.studio.
이용약관
1. 적용
이 약관은 오리랩스 스튜디오(상호 오리랩스)가 제공하는 Art Sorter 프로그램에 적용되며, 설치하거나 사용하면 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 사용권
라이선스를 구매하면 한 번에 PC 1대에서 개인·업무 용도로 설치해 쓸 수 있는 비독점·양도 불가 사용권을 드립니다. PC를 바꿀 때는 새 PC에서 키를 등록하기만 하면 되고, 이전 PC의 등록은 다음 확인 때 자동으로 해제됩니다. 출시되는 업데이트는 포함되며, 향후 대규모 새 버전에 대해 달리 정할 경우 미리 명확히 알립니다.
3. 금지 사항
라이선스 키의 재판매·공유·공개, 라이선스 확인 우회, 프로그램과 포함된 모델의 무단 재배포를 금지합니다(각 구성 요소 자체 라이선스가 허용하는 경우 제외).
4. 사용자 콘텐츠
Art Sorter는 사용자 PC에서 파일을 처리하며 저희는 파일을 보거나 저장하지 않습니다. 정리하는 콘텐츠와 그 이용 권리는 사용자 책임입니다. 파일 옮기기·삭제 기능은 사용자의 지시에 따라 동작하므로 중요한 파일은 백업하세요.
5. 제3자 구성 요소
오픈소스 소프트웨어와 기계학습 모델이 포함되어 있으며 각자의 라이선스를 따릅니다(프로그램 안에 표시).
6. 구매와 환불
주문은 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)가 처리하며 해당 결제 약관도 적용됩니다. 환불은 환불 규정을 따릅니다.
7. 보증의 부인
프로그램은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 자동 묶기·순서가 항상 정확하다거나 오류·중단이 없음을 법이 허용하는 범위에서 보증하지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
법이 허용하는 범위에서 Art Sorter와 관련한 저희의 책임은 사용자가 라이선스에 지불한 금액을 한도로 하며, 데이터 손실 등 간접·결과적 손해는 책임지지 않습니다.
9. 변경과 해지
약관 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 약관을 중대하게 위반하면 사용권이 종료됩니다.
10. 준거법
대한민국 법을 따르며, 사용자 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 제한하지 않습니다. 문의: contact@orilabs.studio
