Art Sorter has a free trial, so you can check how it works on your own images before you buy.
Before activation: full refund within 14 days
If you have not yet entered your license key in the app, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
After activation
Once your license key has been activated on a PC, refunds are given only for a technical defect that we cannot fix within a reasonable time after you report it: for example, the app will not install or start, a sorting run always stops before finishing, or a valid key cannot be activated. Please contact us first, since most problems can be solved.
Sorting results (how images are grouped and ordered) depend on your images and are never perfect. Results that differ from what you expected are not a defect. This is why we offer the free trial before purchase.
How to request a refund
Email contact@orilabs.studio with your order email or order number, or use the refund option in your purchase receipt from our payment provider.
What happens after a refund
The license key is deactivated on every PC where it was activated. Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

등록 전: 14일 안 전액 환불
프로그램에 라이선스 키를 아직 입력하지 않았다면, 구매 후 14일 안에 이유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불해 드립니다.
등록 후
라이선스 키를 PC에 등록한 뒤에는, 신고 후 합리적인 기간 안에 저희가 고치지 못한 기술적 결함이 있을 때만 환불해 드립니다. 예를 들어 프로그램이 설치되지 않거나 켜지지 않는 경우, 정리 작업이 매번 끝나지 못하고 멈추는 경우, 정상 키가 등록되지 않는 경우입니다. 대부분의 문제는 해결할 수 있으니 먼저 문의해 주세요.
정리 결과(그림을 묶는 방식과 순서)는 그림에 따라 달라지며 완벽할 수 없습니다. 결과가 기대와 다른 것은 결함이 아닙니다. 그래서 구매 전에 무료 체험을 먼저 제공합니다.
환불 신청 방법
주문 이메일이나 주문 번호와 함께 contact@orilabs.studio로 보내시거나, 판매 대행사 영수증의 환불 메뉴를 이용하세요.
환불 뒤
라이선스 키는 등록된 모든 PC에서 비활성화되며, 환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 돌아갑니다(카드사·은행에 따라 기간이 다름).
이 규정은 사용자 국가의 소비자 보호법상 환불 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
